Sample Measurements and Device Demonstrations

We offer you the opportunity to send us up to three samples, which we will measure, evaluate, and present to you free of charge. Following this, we offer an on-site device demonstration to present our device system to your team in your laboratory with your own samples and discuss the possibilities of the technology and software. Alternatively, we are also happy to offer online appointments or demonstrations in our laboratory.

Customer Counselling and Sales

Our expert team will be happy to help you find the right system solution for your application. The modular device structure offers you freedom when configuring your system.
Regardless of which SMILLA configuration you start with, you can add modules or software packages (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11) as required, depending on the development of your requirements. We support you during setup and implementation to ensure that your work with SMILLA meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Commissioning of the device and initial training of your employees are mandatory.

Device Rental or Contract Measurements in Our Laboratory

Do you have a project but not the budget for a device purchase? We offer you the option to rent a device for a limited period, including commissioning, training, and technical support. Can’t yet estimate the sample volume for your project? We offer you the possibility to conduct contract measurements in our laboratory.

University Projects

We can support university projects with technical support and offer the use of one of our systems in our laboratory during our opening hours. University supervision must be provided by your university.
